Marsden Cove, a comprehensively planned marine township, with a 240 berth marina lying close to the entrance of the picturesque Whangarei Harbour.
It offers boat owners convenient all tide and weather access to and from the ocean, and is only minutes from the main highway north.
Close by is the beautiful 23km long Bream Bay ocean beach. A short distance off shore (22km) is the beautiful Hen & Chicken Islands. Slightly further north (55km) is the highly acclaimed diving location; Poor Knights Marine reserve.
