Pauanui Waterways

Pauanui Waterways is located on the eastern coast of the North Island’s Coromandel Peninsula, which separates that Pacific Ocean from the Hauraki Gulf. Is is less than two hours comfortable drive from Auckland or a 20 minute charter flight.
The Coromandel Peninsula is characterised by rugged towering mountain ranges covered in dense forest, fringed with beautiful sandy beaches. Located in Tairua Harbour on Coromandel’s eastern seaboard the canal housing development comprises 150 private moorings. Casual rentals available. Facilities include power and water to jetty. Other facilities available at Whitianga Marina. Easy walk to Pauanui shopping cenre - restaurants, bars, supermarket, doctor and takeaways etc. Live On-Board Vessels Accepted (with holding tanks). Pump out facility within development. Charter Vessels accepted.

Whitianga Waterways

Whitianga is an established seaside town on the eastern seaboard of the Coromandel Peninsula. Whitianga’s harbour has a deep, sheltered all weather entrance that is navigable by large craft, regardless of tide or weather.

The development: The Waterways will have several distinct zones including unrestricted and restricted canals, a small retail zone, standard (non canal front) residential zone and an airport zone, where owners with aircraft will be able to fly in and park their aircraft in their own hangar.

Located in Whitianga Harbour on Coromandels eastern seaboard 1500m up stream of Whitianga Marina. Private berth rentals by arrangement. (Facilities available at Whitianga Marina).
